Alternatively, if you don't feel comfortable modifying the source yourself, you can get CompuDav to implement your changes for you. Just contact us here, and state the modification that you would like done. Most modifications will be accepted at one of two rates:

• If CompuDav can do it "in-house", quotes are given at a rate of $15 an hour, payable up-front via PayPal.
• If CompuDav out-sources the work to other developers, then you are billed at cost, plus any fees we would incur through PayPal.

1. Use any one of four database back-ends: Oracle 10g, MySQL, SQL Server 2005, or Access (a starter database is included, so you do not need the full version of the product).
2. Manage multiple users and assign each one permissions such as administrative level, the ability to perform certain tasks, and so forth. DoubleEdge, by consequence, also supports multiple logins.
3. View, edit, setup, and "pay" (just flag as being paid) your company's "bills".
4. Post journal entries to any account.
5. Manage employees including the hours that they worked.
6. Manage customers and see how much each one has purchased from you.
7. View and print invoices. You can mark them as having being "paid", and you can even design various aspects of the invoices.
8. See multiple reports including a balance sheet and a profit/loss report.
9. Query almost anything. This ensures that your data is completely transparent.
10. Create and search vouchers.
11. Keep track of various notes - for example, things that customers have said.
12. Keep track of inventory including how much of a good you have on stock as well as printing and creating purchase orders.
13. Enter in orders and keep track of things like tracking numbers, their purchase order number. Inventory updates automatically.
14. Manage projects including different tasks in each project. Also, you can "assign" an employee to the task and track the hours.

Although the list of features is quite extensive, the last "feature" that DoubleEdge comes with, is one that cannot be seen in the application itself - CompuDav uses DoubleEdge for our business, so that means that any bugs that we discover, or any improvements that we make will be implemented/fixed very quickly and passed on to you as long as DoubleEdge is in version 1.x.
